Trump Tower Tampa will be built on a 1.5-acre site, located at 111 South Ashley Drive in downtown Tampa, along the Hillsborough River in the cultural and financial district. Tampa was born very near this strategic spot where the river flows into Hillsborough, and the location is equally ideal today.

Major banks, professional offices and government centers are nearby, and a scenic riverwalk, now in the planning stages, will connect the Tower to such landmarks as the Tampa Museum of Art, the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and the Florida Aquarium.
